NATIONAL PARK OF ANDAMAN & NICOBAR



                                                 Middle Button National Park 


The nearest town is long Island, south of Port Blair, at a distance of 60km (37 miles) from the Middle Button National Park. The total area that this parkland covers is about 64 square kilometres.  Tourists visit via an arranged boat tour from long Island. 
The best time to visit is from January to March (after March, rough winds cause rolling seas, heralding the arrival of the monsoon). 
Facilities at Middle Button Island National Park :

There are no accommodation facilities in the park, hence it is advisable to make a day visit from Long Island; although the construction of a rest house is in progress. Visitors are permitted to camp in their own tents overnight. 

Wildlife in Middle Button Island National Park : 

Blue Whale, dolphins, sea turtles, pristine coral life for snorkellers.
